The lever system lowers the flap vertically and swivels it to the side of the outlet opening so that the product can flow out freely without being deflected.
The bearings and joints are located outside the product flow and are equipped with maintenance-free bearings (up to approx. 200 °C) as standard, which means that the free-flow flap is virtually wear-free even with highly abrasive materials.
The flap opens very quickly in the pneumatic version, so that the product flow is not deflected. Even with manually operated versions, large nominal diameters can be opened quickly with little effort, even under high flap loads.
The flap closure is available in various designs, materials and pressure resistances.
